Beneath the Surface takes you behind the scenes of what looks like the perfect family, challenging the belief that appearances fully reveal the truth. Annie Lynn tells her story with honest, inspired by the insight that you can’t judge a book by its cover. This book is about finding hope and strength of the human spirit, even when things are tough. It tells us that no matter what, we can get past hard times and not let them define us. It’s a reminder to all of us to look beyond first impressions and see the real story behind what looks perfect from the outside.
About the Author
Annie Lynn grew up in the cozy suburb of Emmaus, PA, close to Allentown. From the young age of six, she found her passion in music, starting with piano lessons that paved her way to a dual major in Music Education and Piano Performance in college. Her love for music didn't stop there, for nearly two decades, she led handbell and vocal choirs in churches and shared her knowledge through private piano lessons right from her home.
Annie's personal life is as rich and harmonious as her professional one. She and her husband, who first crossed paths as kids at twelve and thirteen, took their time dancing through life's ups and downs before tying the knot, a decade after their first meeting. Together, they've welcomed three wonderful children into their world, celebrating each addition with joy and moving through life's stages as a tight-knit unit. After years of creating memories in Macungie, PA, they sought sunshine and warmth, moving to Florida. Now, they share their home with two adorable dogs, Mia and Milo, and relish time spent with their children and their partners.
Florida life suits Annie well. She's one of those rare souls who thrives in the heat and humidity, finding joy in the simple pleasures of beach visits and the culinary adventures offered by Disney World's theme parks. Her story is a testament to following one's passions, cherishing family, and embracing the adventures that come with change.

Beach Read
By Emily Henry
A romance writer who no longer believes in love and a literary writer stuck in a rut engage in a summer-long challenge that may just upend everything they believe about happily ever afters.
Augustus Everett is an acclaimed author of literary fiction. January Andrews writes bestselling romance. When she pens a happily ever after, he kills off his entire cast.
They’re polar opposites.
In fact, the only thing they have in common is that for the next three months, they’re living in neighboring beach houses, broke, and bogged down with writer’s block.
Until, one hazy evening, one thing leads to another and they strike a deal designed to force them out of their creative ruts: Augustus will spend the summer writing something happy, and January will pen the next Great American Novel. She’ll take him on field trips worthy of any rom-com montage, and he’ll take her to interview surviving members of a backwoods death cult (obviously). Everyone will finish a book and no one will fall in love. Really.
